Third time’s a charm, right?
For the third time in three years, a Stratford High golfer has been selected to play in the North/South Golf All-Star Event.
SHS senior Chayse Cool joins 15 other female golfers recognized as the best in South Carolina, and will represent the Lower State team in the tournament to be held in Greenwood on November 12 and 13.
“This is a wonderful accomplishment and a testament to her hard work and effort over the last six years,” said SHS Athletic Director John Chalus.
The SHS golf team is coached by Jimmy Cate.
Cool is verbally committed to play at Charleston Southern University. She joins Spencer Condon (2019) and Blake Lee (2020) as the third SHS golfer selected to play in the North/South event in recent years.
